What is your return policy?

Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-8 business days. Shipping to certain locations like Hawaii, Alaska, and others may take up to 6 weeks in some cases

Is shipping available outside the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping destinations in the future.

How much is shipping?

Orders of $100.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100.00 USD will vary. Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Management

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at Fit.Priestess@outlook.com with your order number and cancellation request. Please note that once fulfillment has begun or you've received your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to your order details or shipping address can be accommodated if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. This includes size alterations, item removal, or additions. Requests made after fulfillment has started will be accommodated to the best of our ability but cannot be guaranteed.
