Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. You will receive an email notification within 3-5 business days confirming that your order has been shipped.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days within the U.S.

  • Additional shipping charges and longer delivery times (up to 6 weeks) apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Note that additional shipping charges apply to certain locations, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Store Pickup / Local Delivery:

  • As an online store, we do not offer store pickup or local delivery options.

International Shipping:

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please stay tuned for updates as we expand.

Returns and Shipping Costs:

  • We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • A full refund will be issued minus the return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

Damaged Items:

  • We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
